Salmon, zucchini,  cherries
Water/lemon, coffee/cr
5 hrs outdoor working

wrap: greek chicken, lettuce, cheddar, tzatziki, olives, cucumber, red onion, spinach herb wrap
salad, peanut butter sandwich, frozen yogurt

no exercise, but lots of walking around
